Dustin

I rescued Dustin when he was just a few weeks old during my last semester of college at the University of Delaware. He was my loyal companion throughout multiple moves, grad school, marriage, and the birth of my daughter. I will always cherish his “dog-like” qualities, as he welcomed all visitors, walked around the house with his stuffed bunny in his mouth, traveled with me in the passenger seat (and sometimes my lap), and greeted me at the door every day. I was especially impressed with his ability to look after and be so accepting and caring for my now 1-year-old daughter.

Dustin started showing signs of being sick just 2 weeks before his passing. With multiple visits to the vet and ER, I knew that I couldn’t take him to another doctor’s office. I was so happy to find TLC. Dr. Sandra treated my Dustin with such care and compassion. He was able to pass on from his suffering right in the comfort of our home with me by his side. I am so grateful for this experience.
