Dinah, your picture is still on the Best Friends volunteer website. I met you on my trip to Best Friends in May 2014; I took you on a sleepover. You won me over with your affection and smile, and you arrived at your new home a few weeks later with Bongo.
The three of us had so much fun together through the years. You both loved people, and everyone who met the two of you always said you were great dogs, and you really were. And later on, while you didn’t like other dogs other than Bongo, when I adopted Windstar, you liked him as well, and made him feel safe.
Dinah, I hope you know how much I have missed you since you crossed the Rainbow Bridge on September 18, 2021 at home, with Dr. Sandra’s care. Our love is immortal, and the bond we shared is forever. You will always be in my heart, and I will always love you, Dinah.
