We just adopted Shiney in April..he was the best boy..he loved all kids, animals, people..he’d just snuggle up to you. He would come to the kids soccer games, drop them off and pick them up from school, hang with me in my garden and always was wiggling and so happy to see everyone when you walked thru that door.
We had Shiney for 3 months when we found out that he was born with Congenital Renal Dysplasia after getting terribly sick and spending a weekend at VEG Hospital in Paramus. It was seriously so heartbreaking to get this diagnosis. We gave him the best care that we could. We were giving him medicine, fluids everyday and just so much love..we spent so much time with him these last 5 weeks..I’m happy that we got an extra 5 weeks with our sweet boy.
We will miss you so much Shiney..thank you for bringing love back into our home after losing our boxer mix Tyson in December. Thank you to everyone who helped and cared for Shiney… VEG in Paramus- Dr. Weisberg especially, Dr Gioffre at Bergen County Vet..my mom for giving Shiney his fluids everyday and Dr. Sandra for being wonderful at the end of his life and leading him so peacefully into his afterlife.
